🔁 Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached, no perfume, dirt, or signs of wear).

You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp at 70-480789 with your order number and reason for return.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as Sale

Items returned after the 3-day window

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged


💳 Refunds

We currently offer store credit only for approved returns.

Once your return is inspected and approved, you’ll receive a gift card via WhatsApp.

Store credit never expires and can be used anytime for future orders.

We do not offer cash or card refunds.


🚚 Return Delivery

Return delivery is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via WhatsApp at 70-480789  within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll make it right swiftly.
